The Cloud Hotel - Taichung

I had a wonderful stay with spacious, comfortable rooms that was just like great value for the price. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby night market, and the staff was great throughout my visit.

Food for breakfast could definitely use more variety, especially in the bread selection.

We had a great stay at Cloud, especially enjoying the spacious room and comfortable bed. The free breakfast was a nice perk, too. Although the air conditioning struggled a bit and the breakfast could use improvement, overall I'd recommend this hotel.

But, honestly, there were some bummers. The staff felt kinda cold and unwelcoming, which put a damper on things. Oh, and the water from the sink had some dirt particles—yikes! It could really use a bit of updating too, for such a nice spot, it felt a little worn out.

The breakfast options are totally catered to local taste buds , but there was a good selection too, made mornings less stressful for us. My kids loved the fact that we could share bathrooms on the same level, saved us a ton of time when we were all getting ready.
